As we say goodbye to 2010 and welcome in 2011, I thought I ‘d take a look at five dating sites that I feel are going to have a great 2011. 

Online dating has definitely come into it’s own over the last few years, and never before have so many people been going online to find love.  The main reason is simple. 

With our economy continuing to struggle, it’s much more economical and practical to join an online dating site than it is to spend countless hours each week in bars only to see the same people every week. 

You’ll waste a ton of money this way, and more than likely, will be just as lonely the next morning as you were the night before.

No Strings Attached is poised to explode due to the release of the movie, No Strings Attached, starring Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher. In the movie, Natalie and Ashton are friends who decide to have sex with no strings attached. This has become a very popular dating niche over the last few years. There is something to be said about having a one-night stand and NOT having to feel guilty about calling the person ever again.

That’s the premise of this site. If you’re looking for a casual encounter with a beautiful man or woman, and you are NOT looking for a long-term relationship, then this site is perfect for you. It’s FREE to join, so give it a look. It’s definitely going to be both a popular and controversial site for 2011!

Ashley Madison is a lot like No Strings Attached above. It’s a controversial dating site that has exploded in popularity over the last couple of years.

It seems there are quite a few people who feel “trapped” in a dead-end relationship and are looking for a way out. Enter sites like Ashley Madison where singles can discreetly find each other for a midnight rendezvous or for a long-term relationship. Either way, you’re going to have a lot of fun on this site.

BBW Dating Sites – Rather than specify a specific site, for this “site”, I’m going to talk about the category as a whole.  If you’re not familiar with the term BBW, it stands for Big Beautiful Woman.  Over the last ten years, the term has really taken off online.  There are a number of BBW dating sites I recommend you join.  You can see all of them in our BBW section.
